Do you have a process?

We have developed a structured investment process that has enabled us to build scale and deliver a consistent level of advice and service to our clients. A key component of this is our range of diversified risk-based model portfolios, which we create and manage in-house.

The process begins with an evaluation of the client’s risk profile, which is linked to a pre-determined strategic asset allocation portfolio (diversified across equities, fixed income, property, commodities and currencies). We then partner with a number of market leading investment providers to help select, monitor and replace the fund managers within the core asset classes, while we remain responsible for the tactical overlay of property, commodities and currencies.

Our Fish Financial Investment Committee (FFIC) review the asset allocation and fund selection on a quarterly basis. The entire process is underpinned by our technology infrastructure, which enables us to actively monitor performance and react quickly to changes in the investment climate. We have worked with an external consultant to define and articulate our client value proposition. This material is packaged into client and professional introducer presentations, which we use in initial meetings and pitches.

We have achieved a 100% conversion rate of current clients into our recurring revenue model and as a remote adviser you will have the opportunity to use this content, as well as our other marketing literature, to articulate the offering to your clients and professional partners.
